My couch started unraveling littlerally and the team sent out said they could not repair it. This didn’t make sense to me and I tried challenging it however was not successful, I have not bought furniture from them sense. we paid for an expensive 5 year warranty and we’ve had this couch for less than 2 years and by no fault of our own the fabric is coming apart. Those staples they use are no good for furniture! I have found that it’s AWFUL. It is a joke and a scam! I would LOVE to be added to this class action lawsuit. I tried to report it but got denied on it. This is a total rip off. I bought Bob discount furniture (living room set) twice, because they are cheaper and I wouldn’t like to keep them for long time.
