Bobs claims they cover 1 year for manufacturer defect without having to use the Goof Proof (which I was told AFTERWARDS you only get to use it one time). So, if possible, I want to participate. We purchased the Goof Proof as well. Both complaints were refused. That they said was the exact same as ashley furniture and value city. One of the reclining motors stopped working, one of the couches opened up at the seams and all of them show light brown spots in the “leather”. I would be interested in perusing legally. The salesperson straight up told us when we bought it the motor was covered under the plan.
