Titanium Scales for Benchmade Bugout 535. the handles looked a little cheap but i loved the blade shape. Like most, I was worried that it would feel cheap because of the flimsy handle material. Proudly Made in the USA. Great knife. It comes in the following sizes: Charge 20 PD (6,000 mAh), Charge 40 PD (10,000 mAh), and Charge 80 PD (20,000 mAh). The only reason it�s not a 5-star knife is that the blade is not even close to being centered. It has become my EDC. While some might not be a fan of the feel of the plastic handles, they are made well and are more tough than people might think, and they keep the knife super lightweight. Love their work, but this knife just falls a bit short for me. The company name was later changed to Pacific Cutlery and, in 1988, it was ultimately changed to what we know today as Benchmade. It took me a little while to work my axis lock in but now it is easy to just pull the bar and have the blade swing down toward its closed position. In full disclosure though, I also bought a Griptillian and to be honest, I think I like it even more but they are both awesome knives.
